This class/dinner shows you the basics of making hand rolls and beginning cut rolls. I've basically combined two classes into one! You'll be shown how to prepare your sushi rice and then given a wide selection of fillings to feast on as you perfect your technique!

Enjoy a relaxed experience eating and learning to make your makimono meal. I'll teach you how to roll sushi and you'll get to eat everything you make! There will be some delicacies and my favorites to savor. A feast for all of the senses.
